One of Canada’s newest wineries, this German rooted winery is known for planting the first Vitis Vinifera vines in the Niagara Region. Jackson-Triggs Winery
Just a couple minutes from Niagara-on-the-Lake town, Jackson-Triggs is a great place to stop before or after a walk along the town’s main street. Known as one of the pioneers of the ice wine industry, you can taste a full range of whites, reds and ice wines at Inniskillin. They’re been producing wines since the mid-1970’s, and actually hold the first post-prohibition winery license in the area.
