I have worked for other bus transportation companies over the 21 years of driving and Switzer-Carty has put the other companies to shame when it comes to training. Students’ appreciation!
We had an AMAZING time! Pat, our bus driver, was EXCEPTIONAL. Pat got on the bus’ microphone and started explaining some of the things we were driving by. She then let me have the microphone... my students LOVED this. Furthermore, Pat made an unscheduled stop at a site that all my students seemed particularly interested in. In short, Pat made our trip so much better and she was wonderfully kind to all my students.

Drivers bring it!
Thank you for the incredible service we received the last two days from your company. Our driver was incredible. He made jokes, was very friendly, incredible customer service and even played a song to encourage the students before their soccer match. They talked about it all day, it was a highlight for them. We will definitely be using your company again for our future outings.
Punctual, friendly and caring
This year's bus driver, Sylvia, is by far the BEST driver we have had the experience to have. She is PUNCTUAL, and when she is running late she calls it in. She is FRIENDLY! She greets the kids by name. She is CARING! I hear her in the winter warning my son to be careful as he steps off the bus, in case the driveway is icy. I wanted to let you know how much she is appreciated by us.
In on the surprise
We had a great time on Saturday! Nerjess arrived early and was most helpful when I told her it was a surprise for one of the people in our party. She got us to and from our spots with ease.
