Switzer-CARTY is leading the way within the school bus industry by being the first operator in Canada to register for the federally-organized “Net-Zero Challenge”.

“We have a moral obligation to do our part to help preserve this beautiful planet” said Jim Switzer, President and CEO of the school bus operator. “It has to start somewhere, and we are proud to continue to be leaders in both the school bus industry and environmental sustainability”.

The Company made headlines in 2018 when it was the first operator in Ontario to acquire a fully-electric school transportation vehicle. Switzer-CARTY is proud to continue to be a leader in forward-thinking alternative fuels that will reduce our nation’s dependence on harmful carbon emissions, making our children and grandchildren’s future more sustainable.
