Something New for Back to School Safety
A new 8 Light Amber Warning System is new to Ontario and motorists will definitely notice the change to school bus flashing lights this September.
The 8 Lamp Amber-Red Warning System improves clarity and communication to road users when school buses are slowing and stopping. This improves upon the system currently utilized in Ontario which uses red lamps only (per Ontario’s Regulatory Registry). As usual, Switzer-Carty Transportation is at the forefront of adopting safety measures that will enhance student and motorist safety on the roads we travel.
